This quarantine situation is definitely getting on our nerves. with no access to bakeries, it is even more difficult to calm the sweet tooth we have. Cakes have always been a mood lifter and give a sense of fulfillment as well. This article is a blessing for all the lazy cake lovers who do not want lot of labor to be put in! So today I will be taking you through some of my favorite recipes that are easy to make.

1. Black Forest Cake
Be it a birthday, anniversary or just a party to cure the sweet tooth, this is a popular choice. But if you want to have the real taste of a Black forest cake then you surely want to bake one yourself. So, I will help you with the recipe. This recipe is very easy to follow and the ingredients are easily available.
You will need:
Condensed milk ( sweetened)
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Baking soda 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1tbsp
All- purpose flour ¾ cup (Maida)
Milk chocolate and white chocolate
Cream for mixing
Some berries
Icing sugar or powdered sugar
Procedure
1. Start by greasing the utensil you will be using for baking. Dust some flower on the bottom if you do not have butter paper.
2. Mix together Maida, coco powder, baking powder and soda. Mix this well to avoid any lumps and have a smooth batter.
3. The condense milk will help to give the texture to the cake. After mixing ad d vanilla essence and icing sugar to give it the taste Pre heat the oven for 45- 50 minutes at 180 degree
4. Pour all of the batter in the baking utensil and place the utensil carefully into the oven. After 45-50 minutes, remove the cake and put a skewer in to check if it is perfectly baked.
5. Let the cake cool down for a while. Loosen the sides of the cake with a fork and turn it upside down on a plate to remove the cake.
6. Wash some berries and cut them, drain the cake in some chocolate melted and whipped cream. Sprinkle a good amount of grated chocolate!

The classic cake is a very soft and light cake yet dense and crumbly. This is very fulfilling and has a feeling of freshness in it. The cake melts softly in the mouth when you have it

You will need:
Condensed milk (sweetened)
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Baking soda 1 tbsp
Banana- 2, mashed
Vanilla essence
Maida 2 cups
Butter softened
3 tbsp curd
Procedure:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Grease a pan and dust with flour. Mix together some butter, condensed milk and flour.
2. Avoid any lumps. Add the mashed bananas and mix nicely. Add curd and beat properly. Add baking powder and soda and mix well
3. Mix together all the ingredients and add vanilla essence and mix well. Pour the mixture in the pan prepared and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Insert a tooth pick to see if it comes out clean.
4. Cool down for a while, remove the cake into a plate
5. You can serve or chill the cake before serving.
3. Mango Cheese Cake
Of-course eating a mango will not need anyone’s validation. It is indeed the most popular fruit. Here is a recipe that will make you like it even more and make you feel a new high.
This is a no bake cheese cake and can be made easily
You will need:
Chopped mangoes
Grated paneer 250 gm
Fresh cream1 cup
Mango essence 1tbsp
Gelatin 2 tbsp
Condensed milk
water 70 ml
Procedure:
1. Begin by dissolving gelatin in water. Bring it to a boil.
2. Mix together some grated paneer, condensed milk and mango essence in a blender. Add some mango pieces and blend again. You should save some pieces for decoration later.
3. Whip the cream and slowly add the blended mixture.
4. Pour in the wet mould and leave in the freezer to set. Cut triangular pieces decorate with mango. And serve

The cake has a lot of popularity in foreign countries. It has nutritional value due to the carrot we will be using. Th

You will need:
Condensed milk
Butter 100g
All- purpose flour (Maida) 200g
Baking powder and soda 1tbsp each
Jaiphul (nutmeg) powder 1tbsp
Grated carrots 3 cups
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Grease and dust the pan with flour. Mix together Maida, baking soda and powder, nutmeg powder. Dust the grated carrots with a tbsp of flour to prevent settling at the bottom.
2. Melt some butter and mix in condensed milk. Add 2 tbsp of flour to it and soda. Mix again. Do this until Maida and soda are used up.
3. Now add the grated carrots and mix well. Pour the batter in a dish and insert in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
4. Remove the cake and cool. Slice and serve
5. Traffic Lights Cake
Perfect for kids. It has a colorful touch to it and playfulness as well. This will make a perfect treat for birthday parties and you can too enjoy to cherish your childhood memories!
You will need:
Condensed milk
Biscuits 200gms
Gems candy or any other colorful one
Cocoa powder
Butter (softened)
Procedure:
1. Take condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter in a pan. Heat while stirring constantly. When bubbling begins, cook for 8-10 minutes on a lower flame. Remove from flame
2. Roughly break biscuits in small pieces and mix along with the batter spread the mixture on a greased plate and put in the freezer for cooling.
3. Cut after cooling into bars and decorate with the gems candy of three different colors.
