Refund/Cancellation Policy
- We do not offer any cancellation policy for same day delivery service.
- Our cancellation policy last up to 24 hours, if you cancel your order after 24 hours before the delivery no refund will be given.
- If you want to return your order you need to show us proof of purchase.
There some cases where refunds or exchanges are possible:
Refund of your money (if applicable)
After we will get your returned product and inspected well thoroughly we will decide that the refund will be given or not. We will send you mail about getting your ordered product back and we also send you mail regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your product is applicable of refunding than the refunded amount will be transferred to your account with in some days.
If you have to face any difficulties in getting your refund back before contacting us check your bank amount or contact to your credit/debit card company. This procedure may take some time you have to be patient but if you have done all the things then contact us.
Exchange of product
We only exchange the product if it has any damage or defect on it. If you need to exchange and want same item in return then mail us on contact@cakengifts.in.
