Before you intend to place a final order, we request each of our potential or existing customers to have a look at our deliver information page to check the process of how delivery procedure will be carried out.
Conditions for Same day delivery
Being occupied in festival season or at the time of heavy orders, we suggest our valuable guests to place order for the same day delivery only before 5PM. Orders placed for the same day delivery after 5PM will be scheduled for the next day delivery, even if you placed one minute after the 5PM.
Before 5PM or at your given time your order will be delivered to you at your desired location or that you have mentioned while booking your product.
In most of the areas in Delhi, we don’t receive same day delivery orders after 4PM due to the traffic issues and other same related problems because we don’t believe in making huge commitments.
Once your order is reached, you will be called by our delivery executive on the given number that you will provide us while placing an order, so make sure that you’re available at your given address.
In the case of rain, festival, natural disasters or any other issue, there might be some delays in your city so make sure that you have some patience
If you want to order the designer cakes or other sorts of cake orders, make sure that you allow us some time so that we could deliver you your order at your mentioned time slot.
Conditions for Fix Date Delivery
In fix date delivery option we offer our customer to place their order anytime from anywhere and fix a date and time after providing address you will see the options of delivering your order you have to choose from that. Conformation of your order will be sent by us at your registered email address with us.
In fix date delivery you don’t have to order before 5PM you can just choose your product and for delivering it can choose the fix date delivery option so your order will be delivered to you at the fixed date. We do not charge any extra charges in this delivery option.
Conditions for Schedule Delivery
In schedule delivery we allow our valuable customers to order their order according to their time requirement. After choosing the product according to your choice you have to provide us address on which you want us to deliver your order then you have to choose delivery option so if you choose schedule delivery then you have to set time and date at which you wanted your order to be delivered.
For schedule time delivery you can place your order anytime even after 5PM but remember to give us that much time in which we can prepare your order and can deliver it to your desired place. For schedule delivery you have to pay some extra charges which will be according to your order.
Before delivering our delivery executive will contact you through your given number for giving you the delivering updates.
Designer cakes may take more time and may charge you more for delivery so give us enough time so that we can give our best.
Conditions for Midnight Delivery-
If you want to surprise your beloved right at 12 o’ clock midnight cake delivery option is best for you. After choosing the product on our site it will be asked you for providing address on which you want the cake and then after that you have to choose from the delivery option. Other than midnight delivery all the other options have been described above. In midnight cake delivery our delivery executive will call you before delivering your order and your order will be delivered to you in between 11 PM to 12 AM.
You can place your order any time but remember to give us enough time to prepare your product. If you choose midnight cake delivery option you have to pay extra charges for it and the extra charges will depend on your order and distance of the delivering address.
